ABOUT LION HEART ETERNAL

What is Lion Heart Eternal?

Lion Heart Eternal is a complete awakening toolkit and movement for modern kings and queens walking the path from shadow to sovereignty. It includes a 77-card oracle deck, a 316-page sacred transformation journal, an Eternal Coin talisman, healing frequency library, and a supportive community (the Pride). More than products, it’s a philosophy: face your shadow, reclaim your power, wear your crown.

Who is Lion Heart Eternal for?

Lion Heart is for anyone who:

• Has been through trauma and refuses to stay broken

•. Is tired of toxic positivity and spiritual bypassing

•. Wants real shadow work, not surface-level affirmations

•. Seeks practical tools for sovereignty, not vague platitudes

•. Is ready to face what they’ve been avoiding

•. Needs a community that gets it

This work is for survivors, seekers, shadow workers, the walking wounded who are ready to RISE. If you’re still reading this, it’s probably for you.

What does “From Shadow, Light” mean?

It’s the foundational teaching of Lion Heart Eternal: your power doesn’t come from avoiding darkness—it comes from INTEGRATING it. The parts of yourself you’ve rejected (rage, shame, neediness, power) aren’t your enemies—they’re your medicine. Face the shadow. Befriend it. Watch it become your greatest light. True sovereignty requires shadow integration, not shadow avoidance.

Is this religious? Do I need to believe in anything specific?

Lion Heart Eternal is spiritually grounded but not religiously dogmatic. We honor Afro-Caribbean spiritual traditions (Orisha wisdom, ancestral reverence) as cultural roots, but you don’t need to practice Yoruba religion to use these tools. The oracle and journal work regardless of your beliefs—they’re mirrors for self-discovery, not religious texts. If you’re Christian, Muslim, atheist, pagan, or anything else—these tools adapt to YOUR path.

What makes Lion Heart different from other oracle decks or journals?

Five things:

1.  Shadow-integrated, not shadow-avoidant (we don’t do toxic positivity)

2.  Complete system (oracle + journal + coin + frequencies work together)

3.  Masculine AND feminine integrated (not “just for women” or “just for men”)

4.  Culturally rooted (honors Afro-Caribbean wisdom with respect)

5.  Lived, not theorized (born from real survival, not academic study)

Most oracle decks give vague guidance. Lion Heart REVEALS truth. Most journals are gratitude lists. Lion Heart is 300+ pages of REAL transformation work.

What is the Lion Heart Eternal Sacred Awakening Coin?

The Awakening Coin’s Meaning

Front — Lion Crest & Motto

The lion stands for courage, honor, and the struggle that shapes kingship. Its eyes carry both fire and tenderness — the paradox of true strength. The words From Dust to Crown remind you: every fall, every scar, every failure becomes the foundation of your throne.

Back — Triangle & Cracked Heart

The downward triangle: descent into trial. The cracked heart: the breaking that made you whole. The stars encircling: the cosmos watching, affirming your place among them.
Hidden within — a sacred mark: From Shadow, Light. A whisper only for those who look closely.

The Keeper’s Role

This coin is not owned but kept. It is a witness to your journey, a lighthouse in storm, a mirror of sovereign worth. As its keeper, you are entrusted not only to hold it, but to live its truth.

The Maker’s Note

Forged through shadow, war, and wandering, I now stand in light.

This coin carries fragments of that journey, not as mine alone, but as remembrance for all who struggle and rise again. - O'Kai

Ritual of Receiving

When you first hold the coin:

- Place it in your right palm.

- Close your eyes.

- Breathe deep three times.- Whisper aloud: “I rise. I remember. I am.”

Feel the weight as reminder: the crown has always been yours.

ORACLE DECK QUESTIONS

What is an oracle deck? Is it the same as tarot?

Oracle and tarot are similar but different:

Tarot: Fixed structure (78 cards, specific suits, traditional meanings), follows established system

Oracle: Flexible structure (any number of cards, creator-designed meanings), more intuitive

Lion Heart Eternal Oracle has 77 cards (inspired by tarot structure but with unique Lion Heart teachings). It’s designed for shadow work, sovereignty reclamation, and daily guidance—not fortune-telling.

How many cards are in the Lion Heart Oracle?

77 cards total:

•. 22 Major Arcana (The Eternal Keys—life’s major initiations)

•. 56 Minor Arcana (The 56 Trials of Sovereignty—daily challenges)

•. 14 Swords (mind, truth, communication)

•. 14 Cups (heart, emotion, relationships)

•. 14 Wands (passion, purpose, creativity)

•. 14 Pentacles (body, material world, grounding)

Each card includes keywords, affirmations, and guidance from Sophia “The Lioness” Thorne.

I’ve never used an oracle deck before. Can I still use this?

Absolutely! The Lion Heart Oracle is designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners. The journal includes complete instructions for:

•. How to cleanse and connect with your deck

•. Simple 1-card daily pulls

•. More complex spreads when you’re ready

•. Interpretation guidelines

•. Integration practices

Start simple. Pull one card daily. The practice deepens naturally over time.

Do I need to be “psychic” or “intuitive” to use the oracle?

No. The oracle isn’t about predicting the future or accessing mystical powers. It’s a MIRROR. The cards reflect what you already know subconsciously but can’t yet see consciously. Your intuition isn’t “extra”—it’s your inner knowing. The oracle helps you access it. Anyone can do this with practice.

Can I use the Lion Heart Oracle for other people or just myself?

Both! The oracle works beautifully for:

•. Personal use (daily guidance, shadow work, decision support)

•. Reading for others (with their permission and openness)

•. Circle work (group oracle sessions with the Pride)

If reading for others, always ask permission and hold space without projecting your interpretations onto their experience.

How do I cleanse/charge my oracle deck?

Common methods:

Cleansing (clearing old energy):

•. Smoke cleanse with sage or palo santo

•. Place in moonlight overnight (full moon is traditional)

•. Knock on deck three times with intention to clear

•. Visualization (imagine light clearing the deck)

Charging (infusing with your energy):

•. Hold deck to your heart and set intention

•. Sleep with it under your pillow for 3 nights

•. Shuffle while speaking your intention aloud

Choose methods that resonate with YOU. Intention matters more than specific ritual.

What if I pull a “bad” card?

There are no “bad” cards—only uncomfortable truths. Cards like The Tower (destruction), Three of Swords (heartbreak), or Ten of Swords (rock bottom) aren’t curses—they’re INFORMATION.

If you pull a challenging card:

1. Don’t panic

2. Ask: “What is this card trying to show me?”

3. Look for the GIFT in the difficulty

4. Use journal prompts to integrate

The most uncomfortable cards often carry the most important messages.

How often should I pull cards?

Daily practice (recommended): Pull 1 card each morning for guidance

Weekly check-in: Pull 1-3 cards on Sundays to review the week

As needed: Pull cards when facing decisions, processing emotions, or needing clarity

Deep work: Use full spreads (Crown Spread, Mirror Spread) monthly or quarterly

Consistency matters more than frequency. Daily 1-card pulls build the practice.

Can I ask the oracle yes/no questions?

You CAN, but oracle work is better suited for open-ended questions:

Instead of: “Should I leave this relationship?”

Ask: “What do I need to know about this relationship right now?”

Instead of: “Will I get the job?”

Ask: “What energy do I need to embody for my career path?”

The oracle reveals PROCESS, not outcomes. It shows you who you need to BECOME, not what will happen TO you.

JOURNAL QUESTIONS

How long will it take to complete the 316-page journal?

At approximately 1 page per day, the journal provides nearly a full year of transformation work. However, you’re not required to work linearly or daily. Some prompts you’ll breeze through. Some will require multiple sessions. This isn’t a race—it’s an excavation. Take the time you need.

Do I need the oracle deck to use the journal?

The journal is designed to integrate with the oracle deck (includes oracle spreads, card-specific prompts, and integration practices). HOWEVER, if you only have the journal, you can still use it meaningfully—the shadow work prompts, breath practices, and sovereignty exercises stand alone. That said, oracle + journal together create the complete system.

What’s actually IN the 316-page journal?

Opening invocation and “This Journal Belongs To” page

• Complete how-to-use guide

• Oracle interpretation framework

• Crown Spread integration (22 Major Arcana deep dives)

• 56 Trials of Sovereignty (Minor Arcana prompts)

• Mirror Spread shadow work practices

• Breath practice guides

• Hz frequency pairing recommendations

• Monthly reflection pages

• Grief processing space

• Rage alchemy practices

• Boundary-setting frameworks

• Worthiness reclamation exercises

• Sacred Masculine/Feminine integration work

• Complete glossary (58 terms)

This is a COMPLETE transformation manual, not a basic gratitude journal.

Can I use a different journal or does it have to be the Lion Heart journal?

You can absolutely use any journal! However, the Lion Heart journal is specifically designed to integrate with the oracle deck—it includes card-specific prompts, oracle spreads with detailed instructions, frequency recommendations, and a complete shadow work framework. A blank journal requires YOU to create the structure. The Lion Heart journal provides it. If you’re new to shadow work or oracle integration, the structured journal is recommended.

What if I miss days or can’t journal consistently?

THIS IS NOT A PERFORMANCE. You will miss days. You will skip weeks. Life happens. Trauma gets triggered. Resistance shows up.

Here’s the truth: One missed day doesn’t erase 10 consistent days. Just come back. No guilt. No shame. No “starting over.” Open to the next page and BEGIN AGAIN. Sovereignty is built through return, not perfection.

Is the journal only for men (because of “Sacred Masculine”)?

NO! The journal is for ALL genders. “Sacred Masculine Companion Journal” refers to ARCHETYPAL masculine energy (structure, direction, protection, boundaries)—which ALL humans contain regardless of gender. Women need Sacred Masculine integration just as men need Sacred Feminine integration. The journal addresses BOTH energies and guides you toward wholeness, not gender performance.

What if journaling brings up really intense emotions or memories?

Shadow work can surface difficult material. This is NORMAL—it means the work is working. However:

If you experience:

• Dissociation (feeling disconnected from body/reality)

• Flashbacks or intrusive memories

• Suicidal thoughts

• Inability to function in daily life

STOP and seek professional support. The journal includes crisis resources. Shadow work is powerful—sometimes you need a trained therapist to guide you through deeper trauma. There’s no shame in that. That’s wisdom.

Can I share my journal work with others or is it private?

The journal is YOUR sacred space—share what feels right. Some people share excerpts with therapists, trusted friends, or the Pride community. Others keep it completely private. Both are valid.

Sharing can be powerful (being witnessed in your process).

Privacy can be essential (freedom to be brutally honest without audience).

Trust your intuition on what to share and with whom.

SACRED QUESTIONS (The Deep Stuff)

What if I don’t feel “worthy” of sovereignty or wearing the crown?

That’s the EXACT reason you need this work. Unworthiness isn’t truth—it’s CONDITIONING. It’s the voice of trauma, abuse, and cultural programming saying “you’re not enough.”

Here’s the truth: Worthiness isn’t earned. It’s inherent.

You were born worthy. Trauma buried that knowing. This work excavates it. You don’t become worthy through achievement—you REMEMBER you always were. Every time you think “I don’t deserve this,” that’s the lie you’re here to dismantle. The crown doesn’t require you to be perfect. It requires you to be PRESENT.

What if I’m afraid to face my shadow?

Fear is appropriate. Shadow work IS scary. You’re about to face what you’ve spent years avoiding.

But here’s what’s MORE scary: living another 10, 20, 50 years with your shadow running your life unconsciously. Making the same patterns. Attracting the same toxic relationships. Repeating the same self-sabotage.

Shadow integrated = Freedom.

Shadow avoided = Prison.

The fear doesn’t go away by avoiding the work. It goes away by DOING the work and realizing: the monster in the basement was just a wounded child needing to come home.

Start small. You don’t have to face everything at once. One card. One prompt. One breath. The path reveals itself.

Can I do this work if I’m still in active addiction or crisis?

If you’re in active crisis (suicidal, in abusive situation, deep in addiction), THIS WORK ALONE ISN’T ENOUGH. You need immediate support:

• Crisis hotline (988 in US)

• Therapist or counselor

• 12-step or recovery program

• Domestic violence resources

• Psychiatric care if needed

Lion Heart tools can SUPPORT your recovery—but they’re not a substitute for professional intervention. Once you’re stabilized, this work deepens the healing. Stabilize first. THEN dig deeper.

What’s the difference between shadow work and therapy?

Therapy: Professional trained guide helps you process trauma, identify patterns, develop coping skills. Clinical, evidence-based, often insurance-covered.

Shadow Work: Self-directed practice of making unconscious conscious, integrating rejected parts, reclaiming power. Spiritual, archetypal, personal exploration.

BOTH are valuable. They complement each other.

Lion Heart shadow work is NOT therapy. It’s a tool that works ALONGSIDE therapy (or as post-therapy integration for those who’ve already done clinical work). If you have complex trauma, work with a therapist AND use these tools.

How do I know if this work is “working”?

You’ll know the work is working when:

✅ You catch yourself in old patterns FASTER

✅ You set boundaries without guilt

✅ You feel your feelings instead of numbing them

✅ You choose yourself without apology

✅ You trust your intuition over others’ opinions

✅ You speak your truth even when your voice shakes

✅ You can sit with discomfort without immediately escaping

✅ You ask for help without shame

✅ You know your worth isn’t up for debate

Transformation isn’t overnight. But if you’re showing up consistently, you WILL see these shifts. Give yourself 6 months minimum before evaluating progress.

What if I pull cards but don’t “feel” anything or get any insights?

This is common, especially early on. Possible reasons:

1. You’re overthinking (analyzing instead of feeling)

2. You’re disconnected from intuition (years of not listening)

3. You’re expecting fireworks (guidance is often subtle)

4. Timing (the message will make sense later)

What helps:

• Pull cards BEFORE reading guidebook (trust gut response first)

• Journal on the card image (what do YOU see, regardless of “official” meaning?)

• Give it time (revisit the card later in the day/week)

• Start with 1-card pulls (don’t overwhelm yourself)

Your intuitive muscle strengthens with use. If you’ve spent years ignoring your inner knowing, it takes time to rebuild that connection. Be patient with yourself.

Is it okay to modify or adapt the practices for my own needs?

ABSOLUTELY. These tools are yours to use as needed. Lion Heart provides structure—but YOU know your needs best.

Adapt freely:

• Skip prompts that don’t resonate

• Create your own oracle spreads

• Combine practices in new ways

• Use only what serves you

The journal and oracle are TOOLS, not rules. Sovereignty means CHOOSING what works for your path. If something doesn’t fit, leave it. If something needs modification, change it. This is YOUR journey.

What does “From Dust to Crown” mean for me personally?

It means YOU specifically:

Dust: Where you started. Rock bottom. The darkest night. The moment you thought you’d never rise again. The shame, the trauma, the belief that you were irreparably broken.

Crown: Where you’re going. Sovereignty. Self-trust. Knowing your worth. Living in alignment with your truth. Ruling your own life without apology.

The journey between: The work. The excavation. The shadow integration. The daily choice to keep going even when you don’t see progress.

From dust to crown isn’t metaphor—it’s YOUR story. Where you’ve been. Where you’re heading. And the path you’re walking right now.

Can Lion Heart work alongside my existing spiritual practice?

Yes! Lion Heart complements (doesn’t replace):

✅ Christianity, Islam, Judaism (faith traditions)

✅ Buddhism, Hinduism (Eastern practices)

✅ Paganism, Wicca (earth-based spirituality)

✅ 12-Step programs (recovery)

✅ Therapy, meditation, yoga (wellness practices)

Lion Heart is a TOOL for self-discovery—not a religion requiring exclusive devotion. Use it within your existing framework. The oracle reveals YOUR truth—filtered through YOUR beliefs.
